Mosman Residence - Copper Construction
- The winner of the MRCAA: "Use of Unique Metal in the installation of roofing/cladding - 2014” award.
- This project was created out of .6 gauge copper standing seam roofing.
- The tapper sheets that were created to delete the ridge and hip are a major factor on the project and highlight the craftsmanship that this project require.
- The use of half round copper guttering has shown that no corner or expense was spared for this project.
Brisbane Waters Residence – Zinc Construction
- The winner of the MRCAA “Wall Cladding Award” - 2014.
- 1mm Quartz interlocking panels, with folded corner detail.
- Custom made 1mm gauge gutter with concealed brackets 0.48mm speed deck ultra roofing by Stramit. The project was made out of 1mm gauge VMZinc Quartz interlocking panels.
- Sterland constructed a breathable air flow behind the panels to prolong the life of the zinc and create a more Eco-efficient insulation barrier.
- The quality if the craftsmanship is second to none on this project. The details are to highest quality and no detail has been left to chance.
